    On the same cruise.  Majority of upgrades seem to be making it flagship for ADA compliant which was confirmed at the CC get together.    Cabins do not have USB or additional outlets. We have sailed on her several times since restart.   Crew are short handed and it shows.   Sabatinis still the best, Crown Grill great, coffee disgusting, Vines okay.   We ate in the dining room one night.   
    Overall she is a great ship for 15 years old.   Will we sail her again, more than likely not.

    Just off the Ruby.   They did not have Zumba as they did not have a licensed instructor.   There was an exercise class very similar to Zumba held on sea days on deck 15 around the aft pool.  Classes were held weather permitting.

    Remember, stores chose to partner with Princess in this endeavor.  I have used the service several times over the years with no issues.

    I have 6 cruises booked with the plus fare. The next two are b2b starting the end of February 2024. When reviewing the travel summary there is no mention of the three "new" benefits, Ocean Now Delivery, Room Service by telephone and 2 casual meals. It's this way on all 6 of my bookings. I contacted the T.A. She checked with Princess. The Princess agent indicated that indeed these benefits were part of my fare, but could not explain why they don't show up on the travel summary. She has some higher level Princess person working on it.

    Depends on when you booked the cruises with the Plus Package.  If before the changes to benefits you will more than likely not receive them.   Our cruise for September last year was booked prior to latest upgrade.  Additional items could be added for $10 per day onboard.   The cruise we sailed January, I added the plus package a month or so before boarding included new items.  Only used casual dining and medallion shopping.

Once I buy my FCC will I be able to switch it over to this booking or will I have to cancel and rebook to use it?

    You will need to cancel and rebook to take advantage of the OBC as you have already put a deposit on the cruise.

    @san diego sueTry this, appears it might work.  Go to the night and restaurant you want to reserve. Go thru the steps to reserve.  There is a pencil showing on the page for new reservation,

    click on it and it will show your booking.  In the upper right hand corner is a head with plus sign.   Click and it will ask for additional guest booking number.

    i have not progressed past this step as we are traveling alone.

    My level had showed as blue in the old App for years.  Level correct in new.   Never had the wrong color medallion shipped as Captains Circle account is correct.

If it's billed as Radiqal LLC or whatever I think it would be rejected as a bogus bill. If I do end up having to provide a credit card number for Radiqal (don't want to do that but...)     I have used the shoreside function seveal

    times while visiting Cabo San Lucas.  The charges appeared on my credit card with the restaurant name as vendor.   The restaurant had one individual with access to the hand held machine processing the charge.  Taped the  Medallion on the device and I think I needed to enter a PIN number to verify the charge.   It was not as easy as just taping or swiping your card at most stores.   The rebate from Princess showed up the same day as refundable OBC. Saves taking credit cards.

    The old app always showed my level as Blue.   New app has correct level.   As long as the info in your Captain Circle is correct you will receive the correct medallion color.

    The app shows all dates & times are available but when attempting to make the reservation I get the same message as others that it cannot be made. Tried their online version but that didn’t work either on my iPhone, iPad nor PC. My TA contacted Princess & they were unable to book The Catch but did offer to book the Crown Grill or Sabatini’s which we’ll book during the cruise.

     

    Using the Cruise Personalizer I easily made an Ultimate Balcony Dinner reservation which had to be paid in advance.

     

    As I recall the Medallion app began about 5 years ago & it’s still unreliable & frustrating. The new “Princess” app was originally scheduled for release on 12/1 & then sometime in December but nothing yet. To me that’s an indication that the new app is not ready for release. Not looking forward to being their app’s tester again and we’ve been trying other cruise lines (Celebrity & Oceania) in the past 12 months & their apps were trouble free. While they had fewer functions than Princess, preparation for their cruises was easy & it also worked well during our cruises…no frustration necessary.

     

    Try adding a different credit card.  I had a similar issue.   Usual credit card did not work as the card was in my name.  My status in the app is Blue.  Added a different card to DH account and it worked.    

  11. I was having a similar issue and it turned out to be the credit card.   The credit card was in my name with DH as authorized user.  Added a second card and was able to book for April 3 cruise.   
    I cannot book under my account as the app shows me as blue.   Well

    beyond blue.

    Our MOBC previously was 2099 after submitting DD 214 in 2010.  Once we complied with re-verification thru SheerID it switched to 12/29/31. DS expires 3/30/33.

  13. DH and DS needed to verify thru SheerID a couple of years ago after having it applied automatically for years.  OBC did not show up

    automatically.  Our CVP needed to go into booking and trigger it.
