Talkeetna - Home of Denali Brewing Wow Denali beer is cheaper in Ketchikan than Talkeetna... Agave Gold & Single Engine are 2 of my faves... Stopped into Denali Brew Pub for dinner tonight & had a lovely Louisville Sour. 2 of John’s faves are Mother Ale & Twister Creek IPA. We have totally opposite beer tastes. But we both enjoy Agave Gold... Fell behind again... I’m still finishing up the review. Great job Greg! Currently on Pg 71 of 96...

Thanks for revitalizing my Key West Memories!!! We haven’t been there since before covid. Love to spend time via land vacation or cruise. No pic’s of Hemingway’s cats? Sorry to hear you will miss Bimini & the ability to re-enjoy the Conch Salad. Cheers to enjoying your “extra sea day”.

You're not making it this far up, our sun will set tonight @ 11:22 PM... It no longer gets truly dark until about the 3rd week of August or so...

@Saint Greg -- Have an amazingly fabulous trip!!! I hit "downtown" Talkeetna today & by the number of Princess, RCL & Premier Buses - Tourist season has definitely started... I was checking mail & then drove by the softball field to see if the snow would be melted in time for the first tournament in 2 weeks... Barring new snow - it should be snow free - but may be wet. I stopped to enjoy Denali & the Alaska Range from the Denali Overlook today... And another slightly closer shot of Denali on 04/20/22 - same spot 🙂

@chemmo - carousels, roller coasters, log rides, scramblers, round-ups... Pretty much any ride 🙂 Always remember... You have to grow old - but you never have to grow up 🙂

Chemmo - that's fantastic... I'd be right up there w/ you!!! I missed my chance to buy a Carousel Horse @ an estate sale, once upon a time...

You most likely have already booked your hotel.. If not, are you flying into Seattle or Anchorage?

Ken -- we cruised the Panama Canal on the Coral Princess, on the 2011/2012 Christmas & New Year's cruise... The entire cruise was amazing & the day of canal fantastic... At that time we saw them building the new canal... We had planned to sail the Celebrity Infinity from Fort Lauderdale to Valparaiso, Chile - Dec 2016. Unfortunately we had to cancel the cruise for medical reasons... We are still hoping to do another Panama Canal Cruise one of these days!! Enjoy your time on board 🙂
