I got a call on Friday afternoon to talk about a future cruise. I was discussing options and ideas of cruises. I never made any commitment for a cruise and today I went into my account on Princess to look at the cruise I have coming up and there was a new cruise in my account! 440 days away! The deposit was not made. It says that $0 has been paid and was due yesterday. I didn't add this cruise to my account, I didnt pay any deposits. What should i do? Call them? Let it fall off my account? Does this hurt my reputation? I didn't even receive any emails about this. Please let me know what you would do, and what I should do!

Ive heard this ONLY applies to Texas Ruby trips... California Ruby out of SF- its active when you get on boat... but I still believe you pay the taxes on drinks in port... SF and otherwise.

I bought the premier- I see the value... I am not going on a vacation and then not have my wine named. Simple as that. 2 glasses a night is $35 for "named" wine. I don't even drink but I might on the cruise; and if I do, I want the luxury of naming the drink. I also want the photo package that ill never see again, I want the reserved seating in case we are late, I want the non-working wifi in case it works, I want the dessert just for the photo opp and to taste the better cakes, espressos? SURE. princes prizes? Why not. tips included... thanks. breakfast martini? never had one... bloody mary? Don't know... but i might. calories? What are those... special dining? yes ill do both. .. why becase we can. not because we see a price tag associated. There really is no value in the package... but does it matter? No- I want all the things. thats why ive already paid and now I don't have to think about anything while having a great vacation. everyone either does what im doing, or complain about seeing the value. if money was an issue, i wouldn't go on a cruise anyway,... and i definitely wouldnt be on princess.. hello carnival .

Can someone tell me about bottled water with the PLUS? Do we have them delivered to the stateroom? Pick them up somewhere? How does that work? Are you saying we do not need to order water bottles before the cruise for in the stateroom? Thank you in advance.

Hello! Going on Ruby in May and excited to try both of the specialty dinners. I see there is discussion about menu changes at the restaurant or restaurants and updated menus... With that being said- what are the best items on the Sabatini and the CG menus? Please post photos too; we are all excited to try your suggestions!

I like this response bc I was checking out the menus from a prior cruise with similar ports... and they seemed to have some beef items that I would want- prime rib. But all the other menu items that I would want are seafood related... many of the fishes, scallops, shrimp with different preparations. I might get a beef wellington on one of the nights; but as like a back up entree to some of the other itmes. I am a HUGE fan of beef that is of good quality and preparation but restaurants usually MISS the mark for me and I don't want to be disappointed. The menus I saw on the Princess Alaska cruise- some of them are ALASKA based items/fish/seafood... which a special marking to identify them as such. I might tend to lean those ways because of the cruise i am on.

I am looking for information for the production "show days" so that we can plan our dinner schedule accordingly. Does anyone have the patters from a 10 day out of San Francisco to Alaska. We are on the Ruby. Looking forward to our cruise.

Hello all, Now that some of us have been on board in 2023; or even looking back to 2022. What were your favorite menu items in the MDR. It looks like there are even new menus and menu items this year from what I am seeing here on CC. What is your favorite menu item? What is your fall back? What is your go-to? Please share your favorites here, menu pictures and food pictures. Because face it, sometimes we don't know what to order and have no idea what sounds good!

Can I ask a question if you know the answer- On the with PREMIER package- it says that duckhorn wine under RED is available included with premier- but it doesn't list a glass price. is that because premier can only buy a bottle? premier can only get that wine? Or can premier order a glass and get it but only if youre premier...

Hello @HaveDogWillTravel I have a question for you... I see on a liquor list where it says: Included with PRINCESS PREMIER and they have a $30 item on that menu (Johnny Walker Blue Label). Is that item truly included with NO upcharge? That is interested to me as I thought it was only up to $20 drinks... or would they charge a $10 upcharge. Thanks in advance if you find out the answer to this!

Can we get the higher end wine? yes Want to eat one of their silly desserts? why not. Espresso every day? wifi for both phones and laptops ? Yep. Scotch youve never heard of? Yes. Special dinner? both places. Pictures we will never look at again? Yes. We have ALL THE THINGS. thank you... oh and princess prizes? as the lottery slogan says "whos next?"

Hi- I was just saying that if they think that reserved seating being somewhere far away was an upgrade... thats terrible! As far as the taxes... that is an interested question.... BUT- at the port days- I plan to be off the boat for a good portion of the day- i would say 8am- 5pm... I didn't realize they could tax again on top of the cost we are spending but it makes sense, I dont have an answer... but ill look into it.
