We have a reservation for Dec 5, 2017 and have not heard from them. I sent them an email today. Their website says they have cancelled all reservations for 2018 due to the carts being damaged. So not sure how they will have any available for us?? Looking at renting a small car at the port. Feel bad for the people of the Caribbean. Tourism is their livelihood. :(

We are diamond plus going on a 4 day cruise to Cuba. We each get 24 hours free internet, right? So should we wait till on board and use our free internet then purchase another 24 hours or can we " apply" our free time to a package? It's been over a year since we've been on Royal so I am not sure how that all works now. Help please! Thanks everyone. I always get the best info on here. :)

We have made a reservation but they asked us to call them from the ship 24 hours before we arrive to confirm the tour. Anyone else use them and did you call them? Cell phone? Ship phone?

Just one more question: were you given the option to get off the ship on turnaround day?
On RCCL we were able to get off the ship and spend the day in port and return at boarding time. They gave us an " in transit" card to show when reboarding to avoid the lines.

We have done several B2B on RCCL and doing our first on Carnival in December. What is Carnival's procedure and do they provide a special luncheon for consecutive cruisers on turnaround day?

We sailed a few months ago with 3 balcony cabins side by side. We all agreed to have the dividers opened but when they opened them the dividers swung against our balcony wall obstructing our view. Sorry no pics but we changed our mind real quick. Why have a balcony when you can only see out half of it? We were on deck 7.

We are doing a 3 hour car tour. We would also like to do the hop on and off bus tour. Can we catch this near the cruiseport?

Sure hope they fix it. My sister decided to call and pay off her cruise just now. Instead of the email showing zero balance, they sent invoice showing she owes $85.96. Oh my!!!

Just a heads up! I know this will shock a lot of rccl fans ( LOL) but I just received my final invoice for an upcoming cruise and the amount due was more than my original invoice. We had booked ( and paid for, of course) specialty dining. When I called to discuss the discrepancy I was told their "glitch" was adding anything you preordered to your final invoice again! Just a tip to compare your original and final invoices.

I noticed on line that they have a double-decker hop on hop off bus that travels around Havana area. Did you happen to see this or perhaps the route doesn't come near the port/terminal area?
