  1. On re-reading OP's posting i note that that they had passports though expired. I wonder if they had brought them along things might have been different. Also why not just get expedited renewal.

  6. Why would you expect a booking agent to advise you, apparently a Florida resident, about PR birth certificates? For a period of time Hudson County, NJ, birth certificates were also in question. Not a problem for a third party who has no reason to inquire about your birth place. The question you asked was very common and wouldn't create a reason for the agent to inquire any further than ask about marriage certificate.
  7. 2 tags per bag in holder. Before we had holders we covered them with clear wide tape. Our only problem was paper tags on bags after a TA cruise arriving in Black Falcon Pier in Boston. 2 bags were misplaced for more than hour. So even when departing 2 tags on each bag. Try to put in them holder also.
  8. I think there's an ATM at GS. Pre covid they would cash a check but apparently no more.
  9. People with edocs said old rate is in 8/20 sailing but they appear in the next weekend sailings
  10. The problem started when some of us started getting edocs for cruises starting the last weekend in August which mentioned the higher rate. As indicated I called C&A and they were also confused as they knew nothing about an increase in gratuities. The person I talked with spoke with her supervisor and confirmed no increase. They were going to note my reservation. I think we need written confirmation.
  11. Royal's rule is no extension cord or surge protector. What posters, including myself, are bringing on board don't violate those rules.
  12. Don't usually do that. We each have our own account. We use our computers and the eMed website. The Navica app has all my results.
  13. The back of WJ on Radiance class ships is outside so shouldn't be as noisy. Enjoy the JS and aft facing cabin.
  14. We bought 1 of these and it fit fine on vanity on Jewel.
  15. We've always used eMed tests which don't require an appointment. Just sign on, follow instructions, test.
  16. I think so but it's been a few years. I also recall 2 places for taxis. I line was less expensive but don't recall why.
