  1. First have your TA determine if Club Orange is even still available. They limit the number of CO sold.  If the cruise is almost sold out there is a pretty good chance that CO has sold out already as well.  Check that first then find out what can be done about any upgrades.  They may not be still available as well.  Have your TA investigate ASAP!!

    Good Luck!!

The dinner show on the Motu was definitely better, but they were giving people 6 to 8 lobster tails at a time and ran out before about 255 of the people didn't get any!!!  People were NOT happy.

I hope that management was informed about the disorganized serving of the lobster!  It makes so much sense to serve everyone one portion first then if there are any left let folks come back for a second serving.  Buffet service 101

Suites, 4*, 5*, and CO all have priority boarding... Seattle is no different.

Even Vista and Signature Suites?  I didn't think they had priority when I last sailed in a Signature Suite (2019)

can someone tell me what the cost of the ship tour from Alesund to Trollstigen is now in 2024? I note that this post is quite old

Hello @didlysquat and welcome to Cruise Critic!  It would be better to post your question on the forum specific to your cruise line and ship. Please give the name of your ship and the date it will be in Alesund in order to answer your question correctly!

Have a great time in Norway....I'll be there on Havila in 5 weeks!

Based on passenger feedback, the Park West group was moved to an interior bar

Excellent!  Thank you for reporting back.  I'm hopeful that HAL will not make the same mistake again by closing off important public areas to the general passengers for private use by a large group on board.  They appear to be listening to feedback regarding upping the food and entertainment, so this is another positive step for HAL management to make happy customers!

  6. @VMax1700 I also am so happy to see the enhanced regional foods in both the Lido and MDR!  The party by the pool looks so great and fresh air to breath while dancing!  (Weather permitting of course) There have been reports on other ships about classical music and additional music added in the World Stage too!

It sounds like HAL is listening and adding what many cruisers have been missing since the restart after covid.  I'm feeling good about this!

I really hope that guests that are pleased with the new/improved food and entertainment offerings are giving lots of positive reinforcement to HAL via "Tell Us" on the Navigator app and post cruise surveys!  🙂

Thanks for sharing all the good stuff happening on board!
