Crazy For Cats

Good Evening, thanks for today's report. It was a busy in office day today with meetings starting at 8. At least I'm halfway through the work week. I've started pulling weeds in between meetings as a break from the laptop. Never more than 5 minutes at a time and it's surprising how much I can get done. I hope everyone has a nice night.

Good Morning, thanks for today's report. It's a nice day today with temperatures getting to about 80F. This week I'm working 4 10 hour days then get Friday off. We can to this every other week until Labor Day. I like today's meal suggestion when I can find it without fish. After Jasper spent the night demanding attention I came home yesterday to find him like this.

Good Morning, thanks for today's daily fleet report. It's a beautiful day here in New England. After breakfast I washed the rest of the outside of the house. No more green slime. Yesterday I put out a new gourd and the birds are busy turning in into a home. I'm not sure what's next on today's agenda but for now I'm sitting outside taking a break. The birds are chirping and I'm enjoying some mint tea without worrying about sharing with Amelia.

Good Afternoon, after this morning’s errands I started cleaning the outside of the house. I managed to wash the driveway side of the house as well as the back of the house. That was a good stopping point as it started to rain. I’ll try and to the rest of the house tomorrow. One of the grocery stores has steak on sale this weekend. That’s tonight’s dinner with rice and beans. A bottle of wine will go with dinner.

Good Morning, thanks for today’s report. It’s a cool morning here with rain expected around lunchtime. I’ll be running some errands early this morning. I like today’s meal suggestion if I leave out the spinach. Amelia’s addiction to my mint ice tea continues. Yesterday I had the laundry ready to start except for the zoom friendly shirt. Once my meeting was over I went into the next room to toss in the shirt and start the washing machine. As I went back to work I caught her with her front paw in my cup of tea. I said her name and she rolled over and meowed acting all innocent, 😂 I hope everyone has a good day today.

It’s possible but everything has to go correctly for it to happen. The ship can’t be late arriving to port, immigration and customs must be quick, you will need to self disembark carrying all your luggage and taxis must be ready to take you. Then you need airport security to go smoothly, not always the case. We try and go with 11 as the earliest and at times could have made a 10 am flight, other times we would have missed the flight.

Good Morning, thanks for today’s report. It’s another cool overcast day with rain coming this afternoon. I like strawberry rhubarb pie but can only come as close as a PBJ with strawberry rhubarb jam. I’ll pass on today’s meal suggestion but still don’t know what’s on the menu for tonight. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Work just announced that everyone must have a background check every three years to remain employed, no one seems happy with this change. Wonder if I can count the cats as best friends, they are good at keeping secrets. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Good Morning, thanks for today’s daily fleet report. It’s a beautiful morning but rain may be coming later this afternoon. Yesterday the smoke from the Canadian fires was very noticeable, I hope that everyone near them is safe and not in danger. A big yes to chocolate ice cream and to today’s drink! Good Evening, thanks for today's report. It was a very busy in office day with meetings throughout the entire day, I even left late. Heading home the temperature was 78F. Heading home I went through a downpour and was 64F by the time I got home. I'd like today's meal suggestion if someone else is cooking. Mona rarely let's me get a picture but she did last night. She's such a sweet girl.

My PCC called first thing when she got into the office. We booked the Volendam for 8/31/24 with the early booking bonus as well as welcome home benefit. I mentioned that DH wanted to see if our December cruise could be less expensive and did she know of a promotion coming up. Well she provided an inside Mariner rate that I don’t see and saved us about $400 pp. I hope this makes DH happy.

Hello Again, @RMLincoln your post got me thinking about next year. The pictures shared by everyone encouraged me more. I put a hold on a cabin for next years Volendam sailing on 8/31/24. I’m sure that we won’t be able to get to see everything we want to this year. Early booking bonus is still in effect so why not?

Our cabin last month was two doors down the hall from the organ. I didn’t hear it play, possibly since we went to the PG for lunch on the one sea day.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for for today’s daily report. Today is going to be another cool day with chance of rain. Yesterday was a 40 degree drop from Friday, DH was ready to turn on the heat. We are scheduled to visit today’s port in September on the Zaandam. I’ll pass on today’s meal suggestion and I think we will have chicken and rice. I’ll be giving each of the cats a hug. Since we returned from our last cruise Mona has been my shadow and spending the night curled up next to me. I hope everyone has a good day today.

This week I picked some mint and made a batch of ice tea. Amelia has decided that she likes it and keeps trying to drink it from my cup. She may look innocent but... This has been in bloom since we got home.
