  1. There are so many on Prima, unlike other ships. Do they all have the complimentary bottles of alcohol?
  2. I called NCL Latitudes IT today, and was told to log out of NCL.com, chose a new password and log back in. It worked! Who knows what gremlins messed up my account before?!?
  3. Somehow, my 4 cruises disappeared this am. When I put in res numbers under "find your cruise" - they pop up, but my account shows "no cruises booked" A mystery!
  4. My friend is sailing on the Pearl (she is Sapphire) and has two single dinner coupons in her cabin. I know that single folks traveling (whether in a studio cabin, or just single in a double cabin) are now only getting 2 single dinners - but they are 3 in the cabin. Has that changed? TIA for any answers
  5. Conflicting info, I think. Anyone know what's the latest? I think SailSafe just has to be updated, but friends are flying to Canada and starting their cruise Oct 7. To test or not? TIA for any info
  6. I'm doing the same - hoping for a Haven upgrade, but I bought a Vibe pass. The pre-concierge line (able to book dinners, pillows (!), extra towels etc) booked it for me, and when asked, stated that the Vibe pass could be cancelled either before sailing, or onboard the first day. So that's one positive answer! PS - I am in a suite, so no access to haven, but we can use pre-concierge
  7. That would make sense - $5.00 plus 20% gratuity. But it also could have been a mistake.
  8. I was told the suite breakfast and lunch was at Cagney's - by a cruiser on the first cruise for VIP's and travel agents.
  9. are there pictures of the forward facing suite balconies? with a half wall, blocking views. Thank you!
  10. We had a cruise starting in Quebec City, and did NCL air with a 2 day pre cruise deviation. Our airline reservations were only to Montreal, and we were stuck buying our own train/bus tickets to get to Quebec City. You may be in a better position with getting off the ship in Quebec City and flying home. Lots more flight availability (and cheaper) flying from Montreal rather than Quebec City, so that's probably the reason.
  11. I was told by pre-concierge that it would be coded into my key card (for Prima in December)
  12. You should still have some beautiful fall colors through mid-October in New England
  13. I'm sure I could find it somewhere, but any info on getting from Montreal airport to Montreal train station? Express bus has some departures from the airport, but by the time we get our air info, maybe won't be able to find seats. Thank you! (and airlines delays are always an issue if rail or bus tickets are pre booked)
  14. We have a 2 day deviation at beginning of trip, and would love to book train or bus from Montreal to Quebec City, but people are coming from 2 different cities, and air isn't confirmed (at least sorta confirmed!) until 3-4 weeks before the cruise. So without knowing arrival times in Montreal 2 days pre cruise, we can't plan bus or train tix. Grrrr....
  15. "drop passengers off in Montreal and tell them to make their own way to Quebec City" is exactly what they're are telling us Thanks to everyone for your answers
  16. Our cruise isn't until October, but we've received some info (I know it can change, even up to a week or so before cruise) about our flights, and that they are ending in Montreal. We were told by NCL air department that we'd have to get our own transportation to Quebec port. We purchased an air deviation to get to Quebec 2 days early. Any ideas would be appreciated (an NCL agent said the flights might still be changed to get us to Quebec, rather than Montreal). It's a 4 hour bus between cities, and nearly that by train.
  17. Or the kids could order al a carte (not at Tepanyaki or Moderno - which have per person prices)
