I have no idea how old I was when I first saw Exodus. If I saw it now, I would have the same reaction to those Paul Newman eyes. Debi, glad your training has gone well. Sometimes, a doctor during hours, will tell a patient to go to the ER instead of coming into the office. I once had an insurance deny my claim when it was 2am and I had chest pains and went to the ER. The reason for the denial was that I should have waited to see my doctor. I don't think so. My daughter once had trouble breathing so we took her to an urgent care facility after hours. Claim was denied because we didn't go to an ER instead. I can't imagine going to an ER with the aches and pains you mentioned. In all my various inpatient hospital stays, I don't recall a post-stay survey. I never had negative issues.

The live performance (Grammys I think, years ago) of Barbra and Neil singing You Don't Bring Me Flowers was beautiful. Tony Bennett is amazing and Andrea Bocelli's voice is simply magic. I was going to go with friends to a Josh Groban outdoor concert a few years ago in Dallas but rain was in the forecast so I bailed before I purchased tickets. Enjoy Beautiful Noise. I would love to see Carol King's play, Beautiful.

Everyone in TX - Dallas area, says y'all when talking to just one person as well as more than one. I never heard anyone say all y'all although quite a few have stated in here that it's plural. Dr. Phil says "y'alls" when talking to more than one person. According to my friend Google, he was raised in Oklahoma and TX.

Is it smart to book two years in advance?

Growing old is mandatory. Growing up isn't. ๐ -
Thanks for the info. Yes, I knew it was Basic Economy. First checked bag is $35. No need to pay an additional $120 round trip. Packing light for a 7 night cruise is almost impossible. I've learned to downsize on the packing but not to "light" standards. I used to pack a large duffel bag filled with my shoes. What was I thinking? Packing for a trip to visit the kids in NJ is really light. Packing for our trip to FL to visit friends and then the Bella cruise took some planning. One very large tote for the 3 day car trip to FL, then a small suitcase for the 4 day visit with our FL friends, then the cruise, then the 3 day car drive back home. No matter where I go, my down pillow comes with me.

Our Dallas friends originally from Chicago and somewhere in FL say y'all. None of my friends originally from different parts of NY say y'all. I have yet to hear anyone say fixin'. ๐คจ On another note, I found out our non-refundable economy plane tickets to NJ do not allow us any carry on luggage, just "a personal item" no larger than 17x10x9. Should be enough for my kindle, laptop, medication, phone, wallet, eyeglass case, etc., etc. Our daughter booked the tickets, and we had no idea how restrictive they were. Tickets were $214 p/p round trip so we really can't complain.

When I lived in NY it was "Ayeeee, Lady!" I can't imagine a time when I would be comfortable enough to say y'all. I'm just not there yet. ๐ When my daughter came home from her first day of high school in TX she was amazed that the students called their teachers "ma'am". I told her she better get used to doing the same.

Hey Debi, the flowers are Bluebonnets, the ice cream is Bluebell. Look at me!! After living here for 19 years I'm finally getting to be a real Texan! I just need to develop a taste for Dr. Pepper and say y'all when talking to one person. I wanted to quote your previous post where you mentioned "bluebells" but quoted the above instead. So funny!
