Good luck with your new kitchen. If I were still a homeowner and redoing my kitchen, I would only have slide out drawers, even deep ones for large pots and pans, plus large double width drawers for cutlery. I would also have a faucet installed over the stove. When we sold our houses, both in NY and TX, I was amazed at what I found in back of the lower cabinets; stuff I forgot I had and hardly used because the items weren't visible. Sounds good depending on the rate. Does the word "offer" mean complimentary? We usually stick to Hampton Inn for Hilton points. Although we don't have enough points for a free night we have enough for a nice discount.

I thought once a day room cleaning on the Bella cruise was sufficient. Our room steward popped in sometime in the evening to leave a paper compass and a fresh bucket of ice. More than enough towels were left in the morning. Hope you're all enjoying your cruise. I'm sure Chris and Donna love their balcony!

@dani negreanu Dani, I watch the news of the protests with sadness, a civil war in Israel. The secular population need to be heard! The ultra orthodox party is powerful in Israel and I stand with you in stopping/limiting their power. Jack and I had to jump hoops to get permission to marry in Israel, all thanks to the orthodox influence in the Israeli government. I know it's just as difficult now. I can totally understand your desire to move and the reasons for keeping you in Israel for the present. I'll get off my soapbox now with the hopes the protests quiet down with a reasonable solution.

Hurricane Floyd 1999, our NY backyard. We were fortunate the trees didn't fall on our house. In the first picture, the top of the tree that fell on the fence, to the left of the swing, landed across the street a few yards from my neighbor's front door. So glad all impacted by the current storm are safe.

Maryann, good news on both counts.

I haven't seen @TravelGirlinDallas Bethany post in quite some time. Hope all is well with her and her family.

I was able to get a foot stool for my CP balcony. Made a difference in swollen ankles and comfort. Uh oh. In July, my positive line was also very faint. Hope she continues to feel good and that you and Owen stay away from catching it.

Jack is taking a nap so I might be wrong. Joy and Val, I am so sorry I wasn't clear. I had covid back in July not recently. Jack got it first, then me and thankfully both our cases were mild, but Jack complained more than me. 😏

For all those who are testing for covid: I had symptoms and tested negative twice before it came back positive 2 1/2 days later.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention we did hear kids noise from the pool area. It never bothered us. It was sweet to hear the kids having so much fun. I never once took my hearing aids out to sit in silence. 😐
