  2. Worked well in Europe for me. Would use again. Italy/Greece/Spain - didn't try in Montenegro or Turkey.
  3. Super easy. We got ours at check-in counter in Civitavecchia in August 20. Check-in so smooth that only took 15 minutes from drop off pier side to champagne in the cabin.
  4. Just arrived Athens from Rome and will be continuing on to Barcelona. Athens is our 3rd Greek stop and we have Santorini tomorrow. Other than the last minute change from 3 days to 2 days pre-boarding in Rome for testing, there has been no further discussion or mention of testing. 😁
  5. Got off the Regal Princess in Heraklion, Crete, Greece today. No one was looking for any documents. Just get off and go. Local regs require masks on any transportation even private hires, but this is strictly not enforced.
  6. So boarding today in Civitavecchia - only looking for date of test not whether in person or not as the docs look the same. Who knows - cost me $80 extra to make sure just in case. 🤷‍♂️
  7. Able to make arangements for testing pre-flight. Still lost my $$ now for the proctored tests non-refundable. Going after Princess for the new testing cost. I did ask if testing would be available at embarkation and was told no only take home tests. Clearly the chat agent has no idea of what's about to descend on the pier in Civitavecchia
  8. Just the chat agent who kept leaving to check with someone. I pointed out the difference on the two pages for the testing requirements but ws told doesn't matter has to be within 2 days for antigen and they were wobbly on in person or not. Said you "should be ok". Not with a lot of confidence. Hard to navigate all this while winding up work to be away for 3 weeks.

  10. Yes, just off the line with CHAT and they are saying those that qualified to the old standard of three days but happen to be in the air at the moment will be required to retest. This is our situation with friends in the air for our cruise Saturday in Rome. Chat has said there is no dockside testing available only take home tests. Trying to find a place to get an in person test in the morning before my flight.
  11. Can confirm the sim card arrived in an envelope with a Canadian stamp. So locally mailed. Ordered on July 28th and arrived via Canada Post regular mail August 5th. Put phone on airplane mode and then inserted the sim to check the phone number. It will be a UK phone number +44 1234 457890.
  12. Thought i would try this as well and just received my sim card in the mail. You will have to log in and register your sim upon receiving it along with providing the sim card # , order #, and activation date. You will then receive this email confirmation with personal info and info below:. Hoping it works when we go in a couple of weeks. TMobile / AT&T / O2 / THREE Your sim will be activated on your nominated dates which is w hen your 30 days of service will begin. If you have made an error with the details provided such as the activation date, please e-mail our support team at: support@simcorner.com along with the sim details. If your travel plans change and you need to update your activation date or put a hold on the activation, please e-mail our support team at least 3 days prior to your initial activation date. If you haven't provided 24 hours notice for activation and need your sim activated urgently or have any other queries, please contact us at support@simcorner.com. We recommend that you take the opportunity to read the instruction sheet provide with the sim card prior to use in order to avoid running into any issues.

  14. If you want- you are able use one device for use on the ship for Medallion App and a separate device for internet connection uses.
  15. We uploaded our docs for our July 2nd cruise but brought hard copies. They asked to see both Vax and test docs at check in.
  16. No problem. We had an 11:15 flight on July 9th and from signing off the ship to waiting at the gate was maybe 45 minutes. We only had carryon so no luggage to pick up but walk off with first group and straight into a cab.
  17. I didn't have a problem when I condensed the postal code with no spaces.

  19. ok then - Thanks will give it a try. Appreciate it. I had been trying to look for it on their websigte and evrytime you go to contact us it wouldn't provide a phone number just a chatbot.
  20. Yeah it's been tough to find a number to call. It's more like a premium economy - what they call business class - only 12 seats at front of aircraft. Very comfortable. Have used it before just not throgh EZ Air. Just don't want to be left with me and the wife on opposite sides of the aircraft.

  22. We have booked "Business" flights through EZ Air for August 20 sailing of Regal. YYZ-FCO and BCN-YYZ with Air Transat. Have flight confirmation #s and eTicket #s, yet still unable to select seats. On PCL site it says no seat maps available and to go to airline. Airline won't let us in as it keeps coming up with "booking not found". Spoken to PCL CVP and customer relations. They just resend me the flight confirmation summaries. CVP suggested that many airlines don't allow 3rd party resellers like EZ Air access for seat selection. Suggested this was the case with AT. We are a month away from flying and would like to select seats. Anyone have any experience with this?
  23. Fortunate not to have been affected. Flight on July 2 YYZ-FLL delayed 2 hours due to bad weather for inbound aircraft. Return trip July 9 was on time departure and 20 minutes early arrival. Only had carry on luggage so had no baggage experience. We have NEXUS and we're through ready for pickup curbside within 10 minutes of entering the customs hall.
  24. With regard to noise. Door noise in morning is from corridor crew door for service elevator across from stateroom. Obstructed Window view added.

A little noisy from letting their doors slam up and down the corridor in the morning. Balcony Size N/A View Obstructed view - between two life boats but does have a stanchion there. Still can see the seas and not bad. Privacy Issues None ithe area outside of windown really - on port days there is a possibility that workmen may be painting outside window. Wind N/A Soot N/A Problems none Comments 120 V outlets are at a premium. 2 skinny type on outside wall at desk. Unable to plug laptop and USB 2 position multiport side by side. Behind TV has one outlet available if your cable is long enough. Generally aging decor but was perfectly comfortable and spacious enough. Miss the extra seating. Only 1 chair for desk.
