Rare jimbo5544 Posted February 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 17, 2018 How is this ship? I know its old are the cabins nice? It’s going in for a major refurb (including new cabins) before she comes to New York. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare Jamman54 Posted February 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2018 We are looking forward to the Triumph's return to New York. We haven't sailed on her since 2002, so we booked a B2B on her in September 2019, a 6 day Bermuda, followed by a 7 day NE/Canada. Talk is that she will be somewhat "Sunshined" during her dry dock. Hoping that that they leave the Rome Show Lounge alone and not convert it to a Liquid Lounge, and also leave the aft Club Rio Lounge so the Comedy Club doesn't become an issue. Remains to be seen if Carnival learns from their mistakes!
Sarcastic Mama Posted February 17, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 17, 2018 We got off the Triumph 2 weeks ago and I hope the dry dock gives it an all new look. Crew was great but that ship needs a face lift.
Rodeorat Posted February 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 17, 2018 Sailed on her July 2016 and loved the ship, crew was awesome. Sailed Liberty May 2017 and didn't care for the ship as much! Heading out of Dream next Sunday and booked for the Triumph out of New York September 2019. Can't wait to get back on her and see after dry dock but hands down would sail her anytime!
