Topless sunbathing

So, my GF would like to do some topless sunbathing while on our cruise in January. Anyone know of any beaches where it would not cause an issue? Thanks again for the help

I have observed some topless at Playa Del Carmen and some of the PDC/Cancun resorts that tend to attract lots of European visitors, but never on Cozumel.

You might try to East side of the island - dangerous surf and limited swimming options, but the beaches are almost deserted. Be sure to book the cab both ways - it can be a challenge to find a taxi out there with limited electricity and cell service.

You might also try Nachi Cocom - ask to be located as far away from the pool & restaurant as possible; they are limited to 130 guests per day and usually have few kids due to a lack of water toys and music.

Cozumel doesn't really have topless beaches. As someone said I have seen some go topless at the more secluded spots, even at chankanaab park at the far south area. A lot of women have been photographed at coconuts bar topless

Seems nobody has asked the obvious question: "What does your GF look like?"

Do a nude cruise and keep it at topless.

Lol, so she is extremely suitable to be topless....not into any "LIFESTYLES" she would simply like no tan lines up top lol.

Topless is not acceptable in Cozumel anywhere, they really do find it offensive and I think it is even illegal. If she does it, better find a secluded place.

Over the channel, at Playa del Carmen most Europeans go there on vacation, so it has become acceptable, but not on Cozumel.

Yes she can do in a beach, but if somebody does not like she will need to cover herself, and be aware of the perverts

Legally in Mexico it's not permitted.

So any beaches recommended?

What ship are you on? Most Norwegian ships still have the "Freestyle Deck" where topless sunbathing is usually allowed.

Like I said a few days ago:

Otherwise look at taking the ferry over to PDC where lots of European visitors make topless sunbathing more acceptable/common.
