Where is the Ag Check at SJU?

We will be departing the Summit on Jan 20 at the Pan Am pier and going to the San Juan airport (SJU). Where exactly is the Ag Check and how do you do it? We are also getting wheelchair assistance at the airport so is the Ag Check before or after getting a wheelchair? (we will be getting the wheelchair assistance at the Southwest Air counter or wherever they have us wait; our flight leaves at 2pm)

There are Ag checks right inside the main doors and off to the side. Sorry, I'm not sure how this related to the Southwest counter. I didn't even see it when I entered, because I wasn't looking forward it to close to the door!

Walk in the doors and look left or right. It’ll be right there near the doors. You’ll have to walk further in to get to the airline counters.

Since someone in your party needs wheelchair assistance, you might consider using one of the porters who will be on the terminal sidewalks. They will take you right up to the Ag. check scanner and then deliver you to your airline counter. Well worth the tip.

You need to put the suitcases thru the agricultural check first. Then you can check-in with the airline.

I agree with Northern Aurora. Use a porter and everything will be much smoother and easier for you.
