Rare mitsugirly Posted July 15, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 15, 2010 CC posted a "Staying Safe in Ports" newsletter and I think it has some really good tips in it. I thought I would share it with those that might have not seen it. It really gives some great valid reasons on what to do and what not to do with keeping not only yourself safe as a tourist, but also your articles safe. paul929207 Posted July 15, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Thanks. It is always good to remind people that they are responsible for their own safety.
Rare Keith1010 Posted July 15, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Thanks for posting this. It's a good reminder to be cautious when in port. The same applies to other places you travel too whether at home, or on a cruise or on a land vacation. Keith
Rare mitsugirly Posted July 15, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted July 15, 2010 I read every one of them word for word. They had some great advice. However, some are not practical when you are trying to take things you'll need while on the island (for instance, carrying your camera, towels, snorkel stuff and so on). You have to have a bag or something to put them in.
