Cruising the South Pacific from Australia on Explorer of the Seas in March 2019

Recommended Posts

And I have, oh, maybe a million questions!

Not my first time cruising - sailed on Independence of the Seas from Fort Lauderdale in 2015 (Western Caribbean - awesome trip!), but this is my first cruise from home (Australia).

Apart from issues with the "new" website, I'm curious why there's no shore excursions showing for Isle of Pines, New Caledonia? Am I just looking too early?

You should go ahead and explore private tours/excursions.

We sailed a similar itinerary back in 2012 from Sydney. Compared to other cruises, we didn't find a lot of shore excursions for our sailing. There were more options for New Caledonia, but tours for Isle of Pines were limited.
