Help choosing a cabin on the Valor

We are sailing on the Valor for the first time and need help choosing a cabin/location. We love the cove balconies on the Breeze but the Valor doesn't have coves so will probably book a balcony or possibly a suite if we can get it cheap enough. Any thoughts on cabin locations? What is your favorite cabin #/location? Thanks for any input!

We also like the L shaped cabins, they are located next to the wrap around cabins at the rear. Extra large balcony, our last one hade 2 recliners 1 chair and 1 table on the balcony. Nice place to spend time away from the crowds, can't wait until our May cruise.

On this class of ship, we usually booked balconies forward on Deck 7. Two decks up to Lido and two decks down to Promenade (plus one more down for dinner). Several times we booked 7-211, not cause it was better than other balconies in the area. Just cause! But usually in that general area of the ship.

On other ships like Breeze and Vista, we've booked balconies on the Lido deck and enjoyed those as well. Very close to the pool action and food (which was great when we had our little one with us).

We chose l-shaped balconies on deck 7 when available because for us, they are most convenient to where we want to be on Promenade and Lido.

Those look to be called 9C Premium Vista Balcony in case anyone else is curious. And the two on deck 7 are 7445 and 7440. Same class of ship is reviewed here by Jim Zim and he's in 8445. Thought that might be helpful. I also looked it up, in case you were curious. With my VIFP discount, it looks like it would run you around $2800, to give you a ballpark on price. (7 day)
