looking to stay next feb, price on booking.com good compared to others. just need one night stay before cruise, wonder if anyone heard good or bad about it

An astounding 44% rate 'Poor' or 'Terrible' on TripAdvisor.

Located on the wrong (west) side of I-95 so nothing safe to walk to from there.

If a SE 17 St hotel is out of your price range for your date, at least spring for one of the hotels a few block further east on SR 84 (Candelwood, Hampton Inn, or even Holiday Inn Express). A whole world away in quality and usefulness of location.

For your own safety, don’t stay there. Spend an extra $50 and at least get yourself in a safer part of town.

I think they've said it all. South Florida can be really dangerous if you pick the wrong location (and I grew up in Miami).

NO...don't do it...lots of transients and hookers, etc. This is your vacation! You don't want to start off this way, I can promise you!
