I contacted them again after returning from a cruise at the end of last month and again just received an acknowledgement. Do they even have customer services? safarigal Posted September 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2018 Maybe I have just been lucky, but I have has excellent responses from customer service in the past. It did take a while for them to answer my concern, but then they answered it to my satisfaction, and on the most recent occasion there was a bottle of wine from them waiting for me in my cabin when I embarked on QM2. When the price of our cruise plummeted early last year I emailed and had a reply next day, saying it would be forwarded to Cunard Guest Relations.
