DePalm Island - has a water park, some of it appropriate for small children

DePalm Island is certainly worth considering. Your young son would have a great time there and you will too.

Beaches seem to be the best thing with small toddlers...stay as long as feasible for your child.

A guidebook will really help if beaches aren't your thing. Most countries have zoos, or some sort of animal stuff...most kids like that. A guidebook will tell you EVERYTHING in each place!!! Get one...libraries have them, or buy one. Great investment.
