MrsAllie Posted September 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2018 Hello: I am thinking about taking my almost 2-year old daughter on the NCL Sky to Cuba. I know its a short cruise & we won't be on the boat that much, but I was wondering if there's much to do for her on the boat? Is there a pool she can go in (even though she is in diapers)? Is there a room she can play in with toys? I recently got off the Anthem of the Seas and it was great for her, so I want to compare. While researching I see different answers, so I am wondering if anyone has been on the NCL Sky with a toddler recently. Thank you for your time !!! mjkacmom Posted September 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2018 No pools or splash area, no babysitting, most ships have playrooms.
yankees111 Posted September 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 13, 2018 NCL Sky is an all exclusive booze cruise. Lots of fun for sure! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare www3traveler Posted September 13, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 13, 2018 I would NOT take a small child on The Sky.
kitkat343 Posted September 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 13, 2018 I'd love to go to Cuba, but we'll be holding off until either the kids are all 3 and can go in the kids clubs or Royal Caribbean puts one of its ships with a nursery on that route. If Carnival is an option, their kids club starts at 2 and they do sail to Cuba. P&O and Cunard also accept two year olds in their kids clubs, but I don't know if they travel to Cuba. Best of luck to you.
newmexicoNita Posted September 13, 2018 #6 Share Posted September 13, 2018 I would wait until she is at least 3 and can enjoy the kids club and other kids plus she will be out of diapers by then. I also would not want to take a small child on a short, booze type cruise. Just my opinion.
MrsAllie Posted September 13, 2018 Author #7 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Thank you everyone for your feedback. I'm looking into the MSC Armonia now. It looks like a much better fit for a 2 year old. If not, I will wait to visit Cuba & stick with the new, larger boats. Thank you again!
