CulverCityCruisers Posted November 23, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2017 Planning a trip on Ruby in an inside cabin. Are the 3/4th passenger berths hidden in the ceiling or hanging on the walls?
cherylandtk Posted November 23, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2017 In an inside or OV they will be wall mounted. In a balcony or higher they will be retracted into the ceiling.
Rare MrSchwump Posted November 24, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 24, 2017 The wall mounted are NOT good. If you have the bed I the Queen configuration the are at the perfect spot to conk your head every time you get up!
satxdiver Posted November 24, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 24, 2017 If one or both of the extra berths are used in an inside cabin, the lower beds will be configured as two singles so that those in the upper bunks can get into their bed. This happened this summer to our DS, DIL and DGD.
