What can be purchased at the pharmacies without a script?

I did. I actually bought generic, we were quoted one price, and our cabbie negotiated a lower price. I paid $8/6 pills. Which is comparable to what friends pay in the Philippines. Name brand was about $12/4 if I remember correctly.
