First time sailing on the Norwegian Escape

Hi,

I will be sailing on the Norwegian Escape and I'm interested in finding if having a stateroom on the 5th floor is ok?

It is all the way to the bottom and on deck 6, there's the escape theater, shops, and restaurants above deck 5.

If noise are not a problem, then it would be fine.

Decide by deck plans where you would want your stateroom to be:

You're almost below the theatre and will definitely hear show music from above in the late evening if you are in your cabin. Not horrible but if you're a light sleeper like myself I would choose not to be below the theatre al be it not directly below. Deck 4 below for crew may present noise as well.

It would be my last choice for a cabin....but it would be better than not sailing. Was on the Escape in April of this year, it's a great ship.

We were on deck 5 similar location on the getaway and did not experience noise issues. Easy location to get to 6,7,8 and for leaving the ship in ports.
