Did Loyalty Match war originally Black now Gold

So, in June I did the loyalty match program and came in as a black member - matching 7 cruises (52points) from Princess. I am cruising Seaside in April and have now found that I have been downgraded to Gold with no notification. Has this happened to anyone else?

I doubt the points have any bearing but your level colour wise with Princess will.

When you log in to MSC Voyager club how many points does it show you have?

I have 10 cruises on Crystal and only received a silver member!.

7 cruises on Princess would be Platinum in their program. That’s what I am and I was matched to Gold. I think it was incorrect the first time and they caught their mistake.
