From my post November 2017:

NCL is not making a big deal about the Bar Set Up since the promotion of the UBP Ultimate Beverage Package

is working so well in their favor.

Below is my 2013 file copy of the Bar Set Up.

Prices and liquors most certainly have changed.

You order the service in advance of sailing - telephone number is provided.

You can also order it on board from Room Service or thru your Butler in a suite

there maybe additional gratuities and fees for this service on board.

With the Bar Set Up you will get mixers and fixin's to make your drink the way you like it.

Ice will furnished by your cabin attendant or butler.

The liquors are generally in liter bottles about 6 shots more than a fifth.

The convenience of having the liquor in your cabin is a foregone conclusion.

Need a nite-cap well you don't have to put on some clothes to go to a bar and bring

the hooch back maybe spilling some and how do you get into the cabin with that key

card thingy with two drinks in hand ? You get the idea.

Since the ice melts rapidly you may want to have an extra bucket.- request it from the CA.

Sailing on the POA - Hawaii has some strange liquor laws so this service as well as the

UBP are not provided.

XXXXXXXXXX

So here is the Bar Set Up circa 2013:

I have searched the NCL website and came up with nothing.

It is as if NCL is pushing only it's own money making programs.

we are heading out on the Breakaway in Oct from Copenhagen to NYC. Interesting buying bottles of liquor on board. Any idea of price?:whiskey-glass:

You don't specify if you are asking about bottles to be consumed onboard or purchased and brought home. The one's for onboard consumption are indeed quite expensive. Those for sale in the onboard gift shops can be hit or miss concerning price. We have found some deals (usually the twofers) but also some that are definitely pricier than at home. As someone else suggested, check your prices at home on what you might be interested in purchasing and then you can decide for yourself. There are some (not many) onboard that can be difficult to get in the US (Sheridan's comes to mind). Keep in mind though, sometimes it's just not worth saving a dollar or two because of all the hassle required in getting it home, especially if you have to fly.
