Need Help to cancel FTTF Just got call from Upsell Fairy

I need your help once again! Just got the call from the Upsell Fairy and are getting the grand suite for our cruise this Saturday.

We purchased FTTF but the sales rep said to make sure we cancel it since we will get priority boarding. I went to manage my cruise but see no way to cancel it. She said just click the button to cancel but I have NO clue where that button is hiding.

Thanks in advance for your help. You guys ALWAYS come through!!

What browser are you using? I use safari and when dealing with carnivals site I have noticed lots of buttons missing. When I log in on chrome it works fine.

It should be very easy - I've done it myself. Just go into your excursions tab and cancel.

You will not have early access to your cabin or dedicated GS line with a suite so if those things are important to you, keep FTTF.

Under Manage My Cruise, select activities. All excursions you have booked will be listed, each with the option to cancel.

You will make someone happy.

Fortunately, we are Platinum on Carnival, but one of the reason we have predominantly moved to Princess is you get more for your money when booking a suite. Yes, the suites cost more but you get what you pay for!
