SeaShark Posted April 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2018 O M G ! How did this happen? The "how" is easy...its the "why" that is tough. On April 1st, Jim Walker, a maritime attorney who represents people wronged by cruise lines, published a story on his firm's blog. Five days later, the OP discovered this blog post and thought that they needed to provide a link to it on Cruise Critic. No explanation or anything, just a link. That, in a nutshell, is "how". It does, however, make you wonder just WHY Jim Walker isn't taking action against NCL on behalf of all of those people who suffered through this great tragedy. Seems like such a "winner" of a case...a "slam-dunk" even...why isn't Mr Walker doing anything about it? Where is THAT blog post?
