I'm aware that Celebrity is going to the refundable vs. nonrefundable deposits on Nov. 28. Has there been any news concerning whether the reduced deposits for booking while on board will no longer be offered at that date?

I am sure that if you call three people at Celebrity, you will get four answers. After it's announced, those three people will give you five answers. Ultimately, you (and the rest of us) will find out when someone tries to book a cruise after the new program is implemented.
