So how do all of you think that Azamara will handle this one...

We currently have 4 Celebrity/Azamara cruise credits. Our next sailing will give us 5 bringing us up to the select level. Our next sailing is back to back 7 day sailings, Sept 19th and 26th on the Journey. Do you think they will be smart enough to give us the next level benefits on the second week of the back to back? The one benefit that will be of value to us is the 20 minutes a day internet at the second level instead of the 10 minutes a day we currently should get.

Ideas opinions????

IIRC, someone recently posted that they were given such credit after the first leg of a B2B cruise - thus you should be given credit as well, moving you up one level.

In theory you should be eligible for the next level. I would speak with Guest Relations, and they can clear it with the corporate office.

schmidlapp,

The Guest Relations Manager can make things happen - or not. If you approach her with a smile, introduce yourself, and make a reasonable request (rather than a demand), you should have no problem. The "I'm -entitled-to-this-and-you'd-better-give-it-to-me people are the ones who have the problems. I'm sure you're NOT one of them.:)

Enjoy your B2B.
