If you already have a letter, you can still redeem it, but they aren't issuing any new ones.

 

We got one after our Valor cruise in March 2008, and redeemed it for our Spirit cruise in February 2010, so almost 2 years later.

I got one in 2007 and redeemed it last September, but it seems that is the end of it............:(
