Down here they make "Madhattens" with Southern Comfort. I too was WAY too much into them in my younger years. They were good though!

my hubby makes these .... when we go out I can not get the same results.... he makes them so darn good ;) He says he must keep it a secret from me ... so he cannot be replaced :D

LOL!! Hi Java Bean, I was wondering where you wondered off to!! :D

I also make a really killer SC "madhattens", but have not made them in years.

Now it is Bombay Sapphire "g&t's" and my famous homemade Mai Tai's most of the time. Before we lost our wonderfully delicious ruby red grapefruit tree to the multiple hurricanes down here, we also made seabreezes with the fresh juice. yummies!! :)

Not to mention just a "tad" bit of wine around the house! ;)

Cheers!

I have been out to the side yard every day to talk to my new little citrus trees, asking them to PLEASE hurry up and grow big!! :)

I am begging my little Mango tree to get "growing" also!! Waiting to make some homemade Mango Tangos too! Luckily I will be able to enjoy those before that, on my June cruise on the Mariner!! :D

Cheers!

Favorite drink is a Pain Killer:

Orange Juice

Pineapple Juice

Dark Rum

Coco Lopez

Shake real well and serve with a dark rum topper.

Has only about 1,000 calories per drink :D - but tastes really good.

yumm.... that sounds good, I'll have to try one.... thanks for the recipe!

Shame on you for disclosing the calorie count tho.....don't you know, drinks don't count :p Just enjoy! Cheers

Hi folks .......can someone please put me out of my misery and tell me what is in a Mango Tango.

I'd like to add it to my list of must trys along with a dozen or so others lol.

Thanks in advance

I don't know either and have not tried one yet. I am just gathering from all the "thumbs up" postings on this drink that it is a hit. I figure anything with Mangos in it, must be pretty good!! Am looking forward to trying my first one on the Mariner in a couple of months! :)

Cheers!
