Sailing out of San Juan - Crown Grill ?

Since the CB does not sail till 11 pm the first nite -- is the crown grill open that evening or just the regular dining rooms? THank you!

As far as I know, the Crown Grill is open every evening regardless of when the ship departs.

At least on my last cruise out of San Juan, the Crown Grill and Sabatini's waited until after the muster drill which was between the early and late seating to open. I thought it would be fun to start the cruise with a specialty meal, but I ten to like an earlier time.
