Diamond discounts?

I believe the following are the correct discounts.

3-5 days = $100.00 discount

6-9 days = $200.00

10 & above = $300.00

For bookings made after June 1, 2010, add $25 to the above amounts if the cruise booked is more than 6 months in advance.

It is on the web site. As of June 1, 2010, 6-9 nights is $250 if booked more than 6 months out, and $225 if booked less then 6 months out.

I think these are D+ discounts. The D discounts are $25 less.
clarea is correct. Diamond Discount is 6-9 booked> 6 months $225, booked < 6 months $200

If we've already booked a cruise for 2012 but don't turn Diamond until after our next cruise at Easter in 2011, will RCI automatically adjust the balcony discount to the higher level for the 2012 cruise? Just wondering how it actually works:confused:. Thanks

No, but if you call C&A they will gladly adjust your invoice once you've turned Diamond.

Call Crown & Anchor or your TA after your 2011 cruise to adjust the fare.

Little to none is automatic with RCI. After attaining Diamond status, give the C&A desk a call and request your Diamond discount be applied. :)

Since your cruise is so far out. Take a look at the prices for your 2012 cruise while you are on your easter cruise. If the same price it is worth it to rebook while on the cruise to get the obc while booking on a cruise. this is combinable with your balcony discount.
