Shuttle/taxi Miami Doral area to Port Everglades

We need a shuttle from the Intercontinental West Hotel, Doral area to Port Everglades. I've been quoted 70$ by Quality Limos for 2 people. Can anyone advise if this is reasonable and are they reliable? Would a taxi, on the day, be cheaper?

Taxi, based on time and distance, would likely cost at least a little more than that.

You are going from one end of the world to another. $70 is pretty inexpensive. It might make sense for you to rent a car.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Didn't realise the hotel was so far from Port Everglades. How long will it take on a Saturday morning? Princess booked the hotel for us so we had no choice. A previous thread said that Princess do not pick you up from the hotel until 1pm so we thought we'd find our own way to the port.

$70 is fantastic! I just got off of the phone with QLS, and they quoted me $85-$95 for a sedan from Port Everglades to Mimi airport, and that didn't include the tip.:eek:
