NO fee - and its absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! especially after a day of walking on cobble stones! or through the old European cities!!!! My DH is not a pool person but fell in love with the Thalassotherapy pool!!! And a note - the chairs/lounges are wooden and look very uncomfortable - but line them with one/two towels and they're great - at least our opinion! And the area is usually quiet - only adults!

 

We'd sight-see all day, get back to the ship, change, head straight to the pool - heaven!!!! Its enclosed but the large windows (that open for air & photos) are perfect for sailing out of port!

There is no extra charge for the T-Pool on the M-Class ships. They really are wonderful especially after a long day in port in a cold climate. In the caribbean however, I would have enjoyed it more if they had not been so warm.

Last year, we first used the thalassotherapy pool on the Norwegian Pearl (paid for spa pass for two weeks) and really liked it. Strong jets were better than any whirlpool. I had seen my chiropractor for lower back pain the day before the cruise. After using the T-pool on the cruise for a few days, my back pain completely disappeared.

 

Last month, we also had a T-pool on the Norwegian Epic, for which we had free access because of our Spa balcony cabin.

 

I am glad that there is no extra charge on the Constellation, since I now favor a T-pool over a regular pool or whirlpool.

Is this correct? The Constellation has already been Solsticised. Does it mean that she has now no T-pools?

I don't believe this is true. The Constellation still has the T-pool (I look forward to using it!)

This past April, Constellation was in dry dock and "solsticeized". The T-pool was still there on our July Baltic Cruise! I can't imagine it being changed without a MAJOR overhaul!

Is the T-pool on Connie still in good working order? I loved it on the Summit a few years ago (pre-Solsticizing).

 

Considering a short caribbean cruise in March 2014 and this will be a big factor in my decision!

The Infinity has been "solstice-ized" and still has the T-pool. (I guess I'm in the minority in not liking it as much as I do the solarium pool on the S-class ships.)

We used to enjoy the pools as they are very nice. But after a few cruises we noticed that if we use the pool we almost always get sick on the ship (bad cold or flu symptoms) and when we do not we rarely get sick. So no more T pool for us!

Have used and loved the T-pool on Summit, Millennium and Constellation. My favorite part of the cruise is chilling out there. Sure hope they don't do away with them.
