Good Steakhouse in PR?

Wife and I will be cruising and stopping in PR atthe end of may via Carnival. Since we are there in the evening, we figured it wouldbe nice to visit a local steakhouse while there. I noticed there are ample chains (Ruth Chris, Mortons, Outback), but I would prefer to go somewhere that I can visit at home. That being said, I would like a recommendation for a reasonablly priced Steakhouse with an excellent quality reputation for steak (filet mignon is my choice). Any recommendations?

I would not put Outback in the same class as Ruth's Chris , Morton's or the Palm. I'm sure that many hotels have a quality steakhouse. There's allso a BLT in the Ritz.

Ummo's serves great Argentinian beef. It is on Ashford Avenue, very close to the Marriott Stellaris in the Condado area of San Juan.

I think Argentinian beef is excellent! If you have never had it, it's definitely worth trying.

meat preparation is different and they use Chimichuri sauce, the best Churrasco you can have with chimichurri, and also you find argentinian side dishes like empanadas (beef turnovers), in some you can also find for dessert Alfajores (dulce de leche cookies).
