ISO pastry/bread name

We were on the Ruby for Christmas and had breakfast in the buffet every AM.

One of the choices (among the other sweet breads) was a bun with fruits kneaded in (golden raisins, some other candied fruits chopped small) and dusted with sugar.

I can only describe the sugar as a coarse powder sugar.

Of course I am totally addicted and cannot remember what it is called.

There was a reference to Christmas in the name.

Anyone?

It is the stollen - and I learned to make it at home because it was so delicious on Princess:)

I love stollen and make it every year including the candied lemon/orange peel and my own marzipan that goes in middle.
