Unable to access Princess pricing?

I too am not getting pricing.

BUT and not to hijack the topic but has anyone else received a phone call and or email from Princess regarding someone in "Corporate" named Sharon who is available to help plan my next cruise......? I wonder if this new service has something to do with no pricing available.....

I got around the problem by not signing into My Princess. Look up prices as a visitor to the website instead of being logged in. Then, when you get into the reservation, right before it shows the cabins available, you can sign in and still see the prices. (At least this is how I got it to work for me)

It wasn't working for me - just called princess - they said there is a glitch. She had me close my internet browser and reopen it - it worked then.

 

She said they're thinking it doesn't work when multiple tabs are open in one browser.
