Unable to access Princess pricing?

I too am not getting pricing.

BUT and not to hijack the topic but has anyone else received a phone call and or email from Princess regarding someone in "Corporate" named Sharon who is available to help plan my next cruise......? I wonder if this new service has something to do with no pricing available.....

I got around the problem by not signing into My Princess. Look up prices as a visitor to the website instead of being logged in. Then, when you get into the reservation, right before it shows the cabins available, you can sign in and still see the prices. (At least this is how I got it to work for me)

I was looking at the Emerald cruise from CPH to NYC in Sept. 2012 - no pricing and no cruise - it was there a few days ago!!:eek:

Just tried it without signing in no way is there pricing it says Pricing is currently not available. Hope they fix this soon!

I still get pricing. First I don't sign in and get higher prices, then as mentioned previously, you do sign in and get prices.

I haven't been able to see pricing for over two weeks - doesn't matter whether I'm logged in or not.

 

I wonder - is there someone at Princess I could call?

It must be fixed. i just signed on and got pricing. I even got a discounted price because i am a past passenger. Being a past passenger saved me $125.00 pp on and inside Baja deck.

It wasn't working for me - just called princess - they said there is a glitch. She had me close my internet browser and reopen it - it worked then.

 

She said they're thinking it doesn't work when multiple tabs are open in one browser.

I just tried works OK for me.:D It did not work yesterday no matter what I did!:mad: Using Firefox with 4 tabs open!
