Had a ball on the Equinox TA last Nov. with you. Have you heard from Mary, Don or Bruce and Gail? Time worked pretty well then didn't it??
Blue Lagoon Posted April 8, 2011 #377 Share Posted April 8, 2011 Great elite perk! We would love 5 to 7. I think it's such a great perk that I would join in even if it was 5 am-7am! LOL :p

Here he's having a martini. He's a Wine-O too. :D http://schplinky.smugmug.com/Friends/Eclipse-Friends/14256564_bLdt9#1054697492_3Tmxc
tomcruiser1234 Posted April 10, 2011 #381 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Even though they had the hours 4 pm to 6 pm (Still nice benfit), it was sorta nice that they split us up. There were more Elites on the Nov trans. then on any cruise we have taken. So late in the cruise they opened up the Michael lounge for 25 points and over, then the rest of us stayed in the ...... can't remember lounge. I vote 4:30 to 7:
Pacific islanders Posted April 10, 2011 #382 Share Posted April 10, 2011 we just buy the fabulous new drink cards and drink when and where we like, meeting up with old and new friends. We may be Elite, and if the cocktail hour fits our schedule, then there we are, if not, maybe another day. We are far too busy having fun to get frashed about the hours. ;)
CA Oceanfront Posted April 10, 2011 #383 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Just boarded Infinity, and the welcome letter from the Captain's Club desk indicates 5-7pm in Michael's Club.

zoncom Posted April 10, 2011 #385 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Yes, it is a benefit. I refuse to tally my individual cruise costs to obtain it. Has anyone given any thought to what it has cost them? I guess invest is a better term.
Pacific islanders Posted April 10, 2011 #386 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Are drink cards new? ...or are you talking about the drink packages? The cruise we took in December had a better variety of drink cards (I mean packages), not just the soda packages, that include alcoholic beverages...new would not be the correct term, just newish. We loved them, specialty teas and coffees, san pelligrino, martini's, wine's and good scotch, all for $50/day. There are cheaper versions available, but we loved the idea and good value for money, if you get the use out of them. Liz :D

BoyntonBeth Posted April 17, 2011 #388 Share Posted April 17, 2011 Just off SL this morning. Elite hours were 5-7, 5 days. There was nothing on embarkation day and nothing on the day of the Senior Officers Cocktail Party, even though the party didn't begin until 7:45.
