Meet & Greet in Courtyard - Pearl?

Does anyone know if a courtyard suite passenger can host a meet and greet in the courtyard? First time on the Pearl and first time in a courtyard so just learning the ropes.

There have been a lot of discussions about bringing guests to the court yard. My guess is that it would not be appropiate. It will be interesting to see what comments follow.

No, unfortunately you will not be able to do that as the courtyard is exclusively for CV and above guests only. Which when you think about it makes sense because if someone were to pay to have a nice quiet place to be without a lot of people they would be upset if they had a crowd of people in there for a M&G.

 

Now, you could have guests to your cabin but unless you had a really small M&G or the Garden Villa it may be a bit too crowded. :eek:

Realistically, I think the only way to pull this off is if every single person with courtyard privileges was signed up for the M&G, agree they are ok to host it there, and then get NCL to approve it. But, even if one CY suite was not participating in the M&G it would not be fair to them. IMHO, would be very hard to pull off.

If you had the Garden Villa, it would work fine. We did that one year with about 120 people in there.
