Sailaway Meet and Greet in Oct - Montreal

Our roll call board is planning on an informal Meet and Greet at the sailaway from Montreal on Oct. 15 on the Maasdam.

Question - would we be better off to meet on the Lido aft pool area (normally where sail-a-way parties are held) or given the weather this time of year, would we be better to meet in the Crows Nest?

The sailaway from Montreal is interesting to watch IMO.

If the weather is pleasant, it would be very enjoyable to have it at aft pool. I think you'd miss something by not being outsidr for it IF it's a nice day.

We do this cruise every year back-to-back and I have never tired of Montreal's sail out.

I agree with Sail. If at all possible enjoy the sail away outside with great sights all around. On our Maasdam, sail-away from Montreal, our Roll Call decided to meet at the Sea View pool. Unfortunately, it was raining cats and dog and we had pre-arranged to meet in Crows Nest in case of inclimate weather. Still a great time was had by all.
