Tonight we celebrated Karen's Birthday.

Our group, minus Victoria & Lisa who had already left.

After our goodbyes to everyone, we headed back to the cabin to drop off the camera. Just as we were getting to our cabin, they were starting to knock on our door for our liquor delivery.

We then we out & stopped by the Internet Cafe for one last check-in with the family. After that, we went by the Casino for a little more penny slot fun, LOL & our last stop was the Neon/Piano Bar. We had our last Miami Vice drink of the cruise & visited with Kathy & Amanda for a few minutes. We headed back to the cabin to finish our packing, so we could put our bags out as we were not doing self embarkation.

We are getting close to being back in Galveston.

With the bags out, it's now time to sit on the balcony & enjoy the last of our wine before bed.

Curious to know if you brought back 2 bottles of liquor for yourself or just 1. If 2, did CBP give you a hard time?

So sorry to see your fabulous review end!

I brought back 2 & my mom brought back 3 bottles, we didn't have any problems & weren't charged. But we did list & answer with the correct amounts we had bought.

The day you were in Cozumel, my dh & I were in line to get off the Legend and they closed the gangway down until the Ecstasy completed docking.

Here are a couple of photos I took :) The one of the Ecstasy Serenity Deck was taken from our balcony. We had an aft wrap on the port side.

great review !!!! we will be on her the last of Jan I can't wait.

Can you please tell me about the room service menu ?

Is is the full menu with sandwhitchs & all. ( OMG I can't spell that  )

Sorry to all for that boo boo. I'm really not brain dead.

Char

Thanks! For room service, menu is kind of limited. They have cold sandwiches, 8 different kinds, For hot sandwiches, they have 4 different kinds. They have a mixed greens salad & a Caesar salad, and you can also get assorted vegetable sticks with Blue Cheese Dip. Desserts they have NY Cheesecake, Assorted cookies, chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad & strawberry yogurt. You can get Cokes or beer for a charge. They offer some juices, milk, hot & iced tea & coffee. If you want a list of the sandwiches, just let me know.

For breakfast, I don't have the menu, but it's cereals, some breads & danishes type things.

Awesome review...it's really exciting to see your pictures!

Thanks so much!

I love your Vera !!!!!!! which one is it ?

forgot to tell you before.

Char

I'm not sure, I'll ask my mom. It is really nice.

Hey there! Those are some great photos. The Carnival employee there on the Serenity deck in your picture, is the one that took the picture of my mom & I when we were back there. LOL. Okay, now it makes sense to me as to why a lot of passengers got off the Legend shortly before the ones on the Ecstasy. I figured the Legend had been there for a little bit. Oh man, I love the aft wraps. :) DH & I had one on the Conquest, super nice! Will get one again for sure!

No don't need the Menu on our last cruise we did a b2b 3-4 on the Sensation & they had a very limited menu. We ( the ol'man ) did miss the cookies & I like the salad.

Thanks Char

Your welcome!

Unbelievable review!! You really did a wonderful review...loved the pics. We will be on the Ecstasy for New Year's and it leaves out of Port Canaveral. I know what she looks like now...and I'm even more excited!! Thanks!!;)

Thanks so much! Glad I could help add to the excitement. :) I will get the debarkation part finished up tomorrow. Ran out of time today. Oops, LOL!

Interesting because CBP only allows 1 for residents of the State of Texas. Kind of backwards since LA allows several but here it's different. They could have poured the others down the drain because they won't allow us to pay duty on it.

Okay, Debarkation time, Thursday, 9/8/11.

We were to supposed to dock in Galveston at 8:00. So mom & I set the alarm for about 6:30 so we could dress & watch us come into the terminal. When I woke up, it seemed like we weren't moving much at all, going very slow. I changed & stepped out onto the balcony. We were into the harbor already I could tell. Once my camera lens wasn't fogged up anymore, I took a few pictures.
