2nd New Ship Name

Has anyone noticed the new ship name?, not the Breakaway, The Getaway

It's listed in the New Latitudes Reward Program. :cool:

Yep..when NCL first release the breakaway name many months ago they also released the gateway name too. If you search the forums, you will noticed various discussions about these names

Finally getting used to "Breakaway." I'll work on "Getaway" later. :D

As long as I'm aboard a ship, I don't really care what they name it...well, maybe not Titanic II. :rolleyes:

It is still taking some time to digest Breakaway. Getaway...not so much. Both names are not suitable a multimillion dollar cruise ship though. More fitting of a high pressure vacation package outside Disney in Kissimmee where a timeshare tour is involved.

With so many ships sailing on the seas these days with duplicated names, it's hard to come up with something and be completely original but have more choices available should the ship order be increased. The "away" names will have to work somehow. I've come around to them. In time most will. :)

 

I totally agree with one poster who said, I'll sail on any NCL ship with any name except TITANIC 2! :eek:

Has it been said where the Getaway will be sailing to? I saw that the Breakaway will be going to Bermuda I think? But has it been said yet where Getaway will be going?
