Cruis'in Mom Posted December 26, 2011 #1 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Thought I'd give these pictures their own thread since many ask to see what the Aft Wrap Balconies look like. Notice two loungers and two regular chairs.

Catrin Posted December 27, 2011 #5 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Thanks for these! We have the same cabin booked on the Liberty! Did you experience any noise from the nighttime activity on the Promenade Deck below? Catrin
welldone60 Posted December 27, 2011 #6 Share Posted December 27, 2011 How about posting these on www dot cruiselinerooms dot com. It's a good site but needs more people to post pics of cabins.

Btyson Posted December 27, 2011 #8 Share Posted December 27, 2011 What is the price difference for an aft wrap balcony over any other balcony?
Sevencruiser Posted December 27, 2011 #9 Share Posted December 27, 2011 This cabin was very quiet. No noise from below, as it is above a "dead" space in the corner of Eagles Lounge. No noise from hall because of the extra door creating a "foyer" between us and next cabin. Being at the end of a hall helped for traffic noise also. Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted December 27, 2011 #10 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Another plus of the deck 6 corners on Conquest class ships (they even copied this to the Dream class... so much for "original" thinking ;)) is that there is a second door there which helps to buffer you from hallway noises. That door is an additional shared door (to the hallway) with the adjacent side cabin. This is from 6452 on the Glory - which is the mirror image of 6483: Tom

Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted December 27, 2011 #12 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Very interesting, so our friends that are booked in 6481 on the Glory will have a foyer? hmmm Larry has enough trouble getting in one door :p :p now he will have two :p Yep - I wish him luck!! :D I was always a bit unsure when I was putting out my breakfast card on the door at night if I should leave it on the outer door, or on my door. I usually ended up placing it on the outer door, as I am not sure that they would check the two inner doors or not if the outer door was closed. Never had any problems! oregonjuli Posted December 27, 2011 #14 Share Posted December 27, 2011 We had 8-455 on Liberty and the balcony is a bit larger there. We had 4 chairs and 2 loungers. LOVED IT!! No foyer though. Only down side is we were next to the crew door that had stairs to the smoker room one deck up. Faint smell of smoke in the hall as you left our cabin, but NOT in the cabin.
