What's the most YOU ever won gambling on a cruise?

$1000 in a slot machine. We were just wandering around the ship the last full day of the cruise and I put a few quarters in a slot machine. It started flashing and froze up and I thought I broke the machine. (Like when you push an emergency exit??) Security came over and I stood back and put my hands up in the air and said something like "I didn't do anything!" and they escorted me to the front window where they started pulling out bills. I was shocked. It was very fun but a shock. I threw the bills over over the cabin and took pictures. :) We don't really gamble so it was probbaly all of my casino luck for a lifetime!

My hubby won $800 two nights in a row on the blackjack table. I've never won anything, I just lose....:rolleyes:

On my first cruise on the Fascination in feb 2009--$5000 on a 50 cent bet--cant remember the name of the machine--you could change the demoninations from .25 to .50 or $1.00 per credit--it was a 2 credit max machine. I was doing it as a .25 credit. Also won the slot tourney on that cruise-$500-- and a bingo session for $750--along with some other couple hundred dollar wins--I walked off that ship with over $7000 in cash -- Not sure what was up, but I couldn't lose!! That jackpot win was on a sea day-- I think the 3rd day.

 

My last cruise--last month--I won $2000 on one of those pull tabs you get at bingo and over $1000 on some slot I had never heard of --got 9 golden 7's--that was a $1.35 bet per spin. I walked of that cruise with over $3000 in cash. This was on the Breeze--the slot win was the last night of the cruise. The pulltab win was like on day 4 I think--they all run together after a while :):)

 

I have been on 7 cruises all together--2 of them free from the players club.

I have won the slot tourney on 3 different cruises and my husband 2 x's. Many times we have had combined winnings at tables and machines to pay for our cruise and expenses. Then there are the times we have had no wins at all! Still lots of fun!:)

I was really lucky on a Princess Cruise to Alaska about 15 years ago. I won $3200.00 on a 25 cent machine. Called HAYWIRE, second pull, second night. The very next day I hit the Bingo Jackpot of $300.00.

I put the money towards my down payment for my condo.

Did a helicopter ride in Alaska, always wanted to do that but never had the funds.

Did a day in the spa.

What a cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just love the stories..thanks. The most I have won is 40 dollars at the Casinos on the way to Beach and at Beach in Oregon. I play only a few quarters on the ships...Nada.

 

I lost 75 dollars in francs from a pickpocket in the old days just having to play a franc in Monaco on post college trip.

 

I have probably played about 300 total in my life and I am turning 55 in a couple of months..I am still on my third car since age 18. LOL..I do pretty well on the conservative road..but would love to cruise more and have a good bingo place close...played that as a kid after dinner at my grandparents club..I wish the bingo was longer, more often and for buying into several cards...I had fun in the 90's not spending much and playing on a ship.

 

I have been an avid lottery player..count that as separate..spend around 5 a week..I just know one day..LOL..that is my big extra expense..and a few movies and coffee and tea at home and coke...Much simpler life here in Montana for going out and eating etc..hardly ever..family dinners..much saved...Sarah

January 2014 on the first night of the first leg of our B2B on Liberty, I won $1000 on a $1 machine, max. 2 credits. Very happy camper! Or should I say cruiser!?!
