Jean's funeral for us today. Lovely day, nice setting and the church was heaving.

Slightly spoilt by the sight of her daughter who this evening is loading up her car with garden tools. Couldn't it wait for another day? Families!

It's like a bloody morgue in here..where is everybody :p

Heatwave is coming to an end so into the garden on the sun lounger. Ended up going to sleep under a beach towel. Aargh! woke up at 4pm and had to go to Morrisons, dozens of panickers at the petrol station.:):)

Funny old week.

Hi had to work today. So missed the lovely sunshine.

RR I'm near great Yarmouth. Our chip shop is in newport near Hemsby.

Hope the medical went ok.

Jen

LOL...spent many a Holiday when the kids were young @ the Long Beach Caravan Park :D and spent too many hours on the beach at Caister fishing, when I was a serious sea match angler.

Medical Ok...flew through, gave up the demon drink last week.. but should be ok now :p

Just had call from Danni. Drydock now half full of water. The good ship is looking good she says and is going into open water some time tomorrow. They have been rehearsing a show all day today from 9am till 10pm. I really can't wait to spend a week on board to watch all their hard work and see the good ship island escape.

RR. Long beach probably hasn't changed a lot

Had a text off danni while I was at chip shop so couldn't post on here as had no Internet there. She( the ship not danni lol) is afloat. Danni was a little concerned as she heard there might be a storm and they weren't using the stabilisers and as they were rehearsing and in the middle of a dress rehearsal she couldn't take any tablets till later.

Thanks for the pictures and info from marine traffic RR. I'm following now I'm home too. Think I'm more excited than her and my cruise week isn't until November( unless I get that cheeky week in June )

Might get a call later so will update when I can.

Jen
