If there were enough "hard" news, this wouldn't even be a story.

 

I think because it comes hard on the heels of Allegra, Concordia, and the Ruby and Crown Noro issues, it is seen as a pattern of cruise ship safety issues.

I agree........ because of other cruise ship events, this becomes of more interest to news stations. IMO

IMO, this is starting to look like a trend, and Concordia was sufficiently horrific for the media to smell blood.

 

I hope there were no significant injuries and will plan to cruise twice this year since we are keeping the faith.
