Starbright Posted April 7, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2012 Does P&O organise any events for solo travellers? I will be travelling on Azura. I will be with a friend (we are both widows) but it would be nice if we could meet some other 'singles' on board.
cruiseluvva Posted April 7, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2012 Normally, there are "travelling alone" coffee mornings. Have a great time.

Rare Host Sharon Posted April 7, 2012 #4 Share Posted April 7, 2012 There is a "travelling alone" coffee morning every sea day, hosted by entertainment officers. There is also an informal meet up around 10am on port days for those that want someone to go ashore with. Also P&O are good at putting solo travellers on a table together. Occasionally there may be a hosted lunch as well.
Starbright Posted April 7, 2012 Author #5 Share Posted April 7, 2012 Thank you for the replies. We'll keep an eye open for those things. We're not going until January, but I like to research everything way in advance! :)

Scorpio41 Posted April 7, 2012 #7 Share Posted April 7, 2012 Also for Afternoon Tea they have a special table so that you can meet up with Solo Travellers. You just need to ask for the singles table when being seated for afternoon tea. Keep your eye on the horizon daily news letter left each day for your cabin. It tells you what's going on round the ship and events for single cruisers. There are tables in the MDR for single travellers to dine together.
