Carnival casino cash coupon

Hi,

I just booked a cruise on Carnival Miracle using the casino discount which was offered online after entering my past guest number. I remember receiving a mail offer for this special rate aong with $100 casino cash coupon. At the time I received the mailing I didn't think I would be booking a cruise for the time period offered so I tossed it in the garbage. However, changed my mind and decided to book a cruise for Sept 11, 2012. Do I have to have the paper coupon or will I be able to still get the $100 casino cash once on board by going to the casino cage? I can't believe I tossed it - would have been nice to have a little extra to give the machines!

Thanks to anyone who might have an answer to this?

You will not be able to get it once on board. You may be able to get a replacement or have the Players Club go ahead and credit your onboard account.

I would give Michael or one of the reps a call.

We kept our mailed coupons/offer but were told by Michael that we would not need the coupon, just go to the cage and they'd give us the $. Hmmm....

Michael told me the same thing, just go to the cage with ID and they would give me the $$

On my cruise last December I went to the cage without the coupon to collect my casino cash. However, they couldn't find any record of me on their list. So, I went back to my room and got the coupon (that I brought, but didn't have with me). Only then did they give me my casino cash. The lady at the casino told me that people don't usually need the coupons to get the casino cash. But, I'm glad I had mine or I would have been out of luck.

I booked the same offer and called the Players Club, the employee told me to show my sail and sign at the cage to redeem my offer for casino cash. You may want to call Players Club. I would assume if you booked the rate they have record of your offer as they did mine.

Agreed all I ever needed was to be on the list, they look it up and hand it over! I believe you can confirm with your PVP as well since some offers have his name/players club.

Did see one guy with the coupon but name was not on the list and nothing they could do for him.
